Why press
What pressing gives you that vibration cannot.
Higher compaction under sustained pressure produces a denser body, a closed surface and tighter tolerances.

Sustained pressure compacts the mix further than vibration alone, raising strength at the same cement content.

A finer, tighter face takes colour and polish, which is what specialist products are bought for.

Consistent thickness across the pallet, so laying rates go up and rejects come down.
