Fly ash bricks machine manufacturer in Chhattisgarh

Q Green Techcon manufactures fly ash brick and concrete block making machines and supplies them to producers across Chhattisgarh. The range covers hydraulic presses from 40 tonne to twin 80 tonne, sized by the number of bricks a plant needs per shift. Paver block machines and material handling equipment are made alongside the brick presses.

Q Green Techcon builds hydraulic fly ash brick making machines and supplies them to producers across Chhattisgarh. The models below are the standard machines in the range, each sized by the output a plant needs per shift. The quoted figures assume a standard brick size, so the number changes when the brick dimensions change.

Machines in the range

QGH Smart. The first machine in the range, for producers planning 10,000 to 12,000 bricks per shift. It has a 40 tonne hydraulic pressing capacity, produces 3 bricks per stroke and runs at 6 cycles per minute, on a pallet of 450 mm x 300 mm x 18 mm. A pre-feed system and a 300 kg pan mixer are available as options.

QGH 14. A builder series machine, suited to 14,000 to 15,000 bricks per shift. It has a 50 tonne hydraulic pressing capacity, 4 bricks per stroke and 6 cycles per minute, on a pallet of 600 mm x 300 mm x 18 mm, with optional pre-feed and 600 kg pan mixer.

QGH 17. The other builder series machine, for 16,000 to 17,000 bricks per shift. It carries the same 50 tonne pressing capacity, 4 bricks per stroke and 600 mm x 300 mm x 18 mm pallet as the QGH 14, and runs at 7 cycles per minute.

QGH 25. For plants working at 15,000 to 20,000 bricks per shift. It has an 80 tonne hydraulic pressing capacity, produces 6 bricks per stroke and runs at 7 cycles per minute, on a pallet of 800 mm x 300 mm x 18 mm.

QGH 25A Twin. A twin press machine for 23,000 to 24,000 bricks per shift. Two 80 tonne presses together produce 12 bricks per stroke at 7 cycles per minute, on an 800 mm x 300 mm x 18 mm pallet.

Options and configuration

  • Pre-feed system, available across the range

  • Pan mixer, 300 kg, 600 kg or 1,000 kg according to model

  • Pallet lengths of 450 mm, 600 mm or 800 mm, all 300 mm wide and 18 mm thick, according to model

  • Moulds made to the brick and block sizes the plant intends to produce

Shift output is quoted against a standard brick size. A larger brick means fewer pieces per stroke and a lower figure per shift, so the machine should be sized against the products a plant actually expects to sell.

Why fly ash bricks suit the Chhattisgarh market

Chhattisgarh has one of the heavier concentrations of thermal power generation and steel making in the country. Fly ash and pond ash are therefore available close to where bricks are made, and a brick plant can be sited near its raw material rather than trucking it in. Because the bricks are pressed and cured rather than fired, production needs no kiln, no firing fuel and no topsoil.

What builders notice on site is the consistency. A pressed brick holds its size, its edges are straight and its faces are flat, which speeds up masonry work, reduces plaster consumption and cuts breakage in handling. Across the industrial belt from Raipur through Bhilai and Durg, that reliability is generally what decides the specification.

Other equipment

Besides fly ash brick machines, Q Green Techcon manufactures concrete block machines, paver block machines and material handling equipment. The press, the mixing arrangement and the handling equipment can be specified together from one supplier.

Setting up a plant

Machine selection starts with the output needed per shift, the brick and block sizes to be produced, and the space available on site. Mixer capacity, the pre-feed requirement and the handling layout follow from those decisions. Q Green Techcon delivers machines throughout Chhattisgarh and arranges plant visits for buyers who want to see a machine running before ordering.
